This project is for a new Health Science Building consisting of classrooms, offices, common spaces, and laboratories for programs related to health sciences and exercise science. The project delivery method will be Construction Manager at Risk (CM-R). Proposals should include experience with projects using the CM-R delivery method.

Jefferson County Public Schools

Work consists of the construction of a new 2 story middle school. The scope includes demolition of existing structural slabs and footings and clearing of the site in preparation for extensive sitework (detention areas, new utilities, geothermal wellfields, parking, roadways and sidewalks, playing fields, fencing and signage),installation of a vapor intrusion mitigation system, concrete footings, concrete flatwork, insulated precast walls, masonry walls, structural steel, open web steel joist, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, and partition, flooring, ceiling, painting, and roofing.
