New Mexico Human Services Department
The procurement of services to administer, analyze, and report on the National Core Indicators (NCI) Surveys. This includes conducting surveys among individuals receiving developmental disabilities services and their families/guardians, analyzing data in accordance with NCI standards, submitting reports to the New Mexico Health Care Authority (HCA), Developmental Disabilities and Supports Division (DDSD), and ensuring successful submission to the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) via the NCI data system.

Seeking qualified and experienced offerors to conduct the national core indicators aging and disabilities (nci-ad), the national core indicators-i/dd in person (nci-idd), and the national core indicator- national family (nci-nf) surveys for the department of human services home and community- based services (hcbs) waivers. Nci-ad, nc-idd, and nci-nf are nationally recognized initiatives designed to measure and track the quality and outcomes of long-term services and supports from the perspective of older adults, adults with physical disabilities, adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and families of children with intellectual or developmental disabilities who receive services.

Provide intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) services to the priority population of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Delaware Department of Health and Social Services
Provides home and community-based services and supports as an alternative to institutional services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, including brain injury, autism spectrum disorder, and Prader-Willi Syndrome.
