Remove and dispose the non-operational 25 ton HVAC chiller. Supply and install a new 25-ton replacement chiller, the work shall include the cost of replacement, reposition and installation of all related electrical and mechanical lines, terminals, and devices to complete an efficient operable HVAC system based.
