New Ferndale City Hall

Construct a new two-story, approx. 19,000 SF wood-framed city hall structure over concrete parking garage comprising of courts/council assembly, probation department, public works department, and planning/building department, creating a new civic campus between the existing library and city hall. Work includes demolition of existing structure and ground improvements.
