New Conners Emerson School (Request for Qualifications)

Project consists of the construction of a new PreK-8th grade school building, approx. 100,000 SF on the site of the current Conners Elementary School and Emerson Middle School. The project includes site improvements, and demolition of the existing school upon completion of the new school building.
