The Clean Water Montgomery Grant Program is designed to support on-the-ground restoration as well as outreach and stewardship activities that reduce stormflow and pollutants and engage County residents in the restoration and protection of the local rivers and streams of County.

County of Ventura

Provide consulting services for countywide stormwater public outreach program.

County of San Diego

Provide ad hoc, or as needed, public messaging, outreach, and education services including, but not limited to, implementing public awareness and messaging campaigns to inform the public of available behavioral health resources and treatments.
