Project includes pump and channel grinder replacement, wet well access modifications and improvements, generator replacement (Maynard Pump Station only), window replacement, installation of new bathroom(s) and associated electrical and instrumentation rehabilitation; and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work.

Bridgeland Development, LP

The rehabilitation of irrigation pump station (IPS) no. 1, 2, and 4 including but not limited to abrasive blasting and recoating all above ground piping, valves, and fittings, at IPS no. 1, 2, and 4, furnish and install (5) five 6-inch hydrocyclone sand filters by netafim including all piping modifications as shown on the plans at IPS no. 4, and electrical system upgrades.
