Nani Falcone Park (IFB)

Work consists of new parking lot construction and relocation of existing ball field. The improvements include but are not limited to sitework, demolition, and grading necessary to complete the construction of a new parking lot and relocation of the existing ball field. The new parking construction will include gravel parking spaces, asphalt paving, concrete paving, new curbs, concrete sidewalks, steel parking stops, concrete sidewalks, signage, striping, and drainage features. Relocation of the existing ball field shall include but is not limited to relocation of chain-link backstop, bases, and any salvageable materials, as well as new field mix material, installation, and fine grading. Also included will be installation of site furnishings, landscape, fencing, limestone block seating, and solar security lighting, including pole, fixture, and footing construction.
