Munson Memorial Library Slate Roof Repair

Work includes replacement of missing and broken roof slates (approximately 100 slate tile), the replacement of chimney flashing with new copper flashing around one of the building's two chimneys, the replacement of approximately sixty-two (62) feet of gutter on the rear of the building and the replacement of approximately twenty-four (24) feet of snow retention. Replace slate tiles using fastening methods original to the design and installation of the roof. Ridge slate tile shall be installed ridge in saddle configuration, using slate shingles with the same grain orientation as the existing. See outside link.
