Multi-Lingual Support Software (RFP)

Provide software that delivers multi-lingual support services to students and teachers for the purposes of translation, facilitating instruction, and supporting ESL learning in general. Software covered by the scope includes but is not limited to: translation software; language learning software; american sign language software; other software solutions primarily oriented around supporting learning and instruction in multiple languages.
