Work consist of demo of the existing chiller, cooling tower and pumps, provide two new 600 tr centrifugal chillers, associated cooling towers, condenser pumps and vfd's, piping for chilled, condenser and industrial water, control valves and associated hvac controls, electrical panel board, power all equipment, testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning, provide new exhaust fan, modify refrigerant monitor system.
