Monrovia Site Analysts (RFP)

Provision of technical assistance to analyze a site for use as infill affordable housing on behalf of the city. The project will include a site assessment that consists of a historic structures report and an economic analysis considering the feasibility of the number of units, proposed sources of funding, and requirements for certain funding sources.
