Mockingbird Elementary School-Renovation/ Buckner Terrace Montessori-Renovation/Eduardo Mata Montessori-Renovation

Work includes providing a secure entry vestibule: west entry to become new main entry. Sidewalk and ramp to be replaced. Canopy is to remain. Interior renovations to existing classrooms to create a reception area and new staff break room. Replacing roof over the existing cafeteria and kitchen. This will include replacing the ceiling tiles. Replace the exterior lighting controls. See attached files.
