Mobile Drug and Alcohol Testing (RFQ)

For mobile drug and alcohol testing for Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT requirements. Required testing will be performed at various locations throughout Duval County and at various times. Credentialed Certified Service Professionals must perform the collection of specimens and testing; Confidentiality must apply per HIPPA regulations; Flexible scheduling options must be offered to accommodate needs. Early morning, late evening, and/or weekends; Controlled Substances Testing; Breath Alcohol Testing Screen; Alcohol Testing in Conjunction with Urine Collection.
