Provide a complete janitorial service, including all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to keep the contracted areas clean and adequately supplied.

City of Bentonville

Provide janitorial services for the Bentonville Community Center, an approximately 80,000-square-foot municipal facility located within Citizens Park. Services shall include, but are not limited to, daily custodial cleaning during all operating hours, scheduled after-hours deep cleaning of restrooms, locker rooms, fitness areas, floors, and other high-use spaces, periodic detail cleaning, and full coverage as specified herein for the Bentonville Community Center for the City.
