Purchase of one (1) mini-excavator meeting the following minimum specifications: enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning; AM/FM radio; 65 HP engine; boom equipped with a hydraulic thumb and a quick coupler compatible with a 24-inch tooth bucket and at least a 48-inch ditching bucket; machine counterweighted for use with the thumb and ditching bucket; backfill blade; steel tracks with rubber pads; and a rear-mounted camera.
