Proposals for a qualified contractor to complete phase ii of mill ridge park. Phase i of mill ridge park was completed in 2023. The new park includes one of largest destination playground as well as a large event lawn for community performances and festivals. Additional park features include outdoor fitness equipment and trail loop, a basketball court, picnic shelters, restrooms, parking, grassland meadows and almost 300 new trees. Will introduce new toddler play and water play areas, an event pavilion, a public cooking hearth, additional parking, walking paths, restrooms, and the restoration of the historic moore farmhouse.

Project also includes the application 5,800 SF of a 1” HMA Overlay to the existing Court surfacing followed by an acrylic surfacing as well as installation of 2 new basketball goals, three pickleball netting systems, six park benches, and 60 LF of 6' high chain link fence.
