Mid-Level Residential Placement (RFI)

To explore different programming options that can be implemented to create various levels of care and support, ensuring appropriate alternatives to secure detention for juveniles. Our aim is to develop a comprehensive service model specifically tailored to this diverse population, enhancing rehabilitation, and reducing reliance on the Philadelphia Juvenile Justice Service Center (PJJSC) for juveniles who do not require secure supervision.
