MHA Job No. 2502 (AMP-1) Phillips Apartments Common Area Flooring & Painting Project

The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal and replacement of all existing flooring and wall base at common halls and stairs with new resilient flooring and walk-off carpet tiles. Prep and paint common areas including walls, ceilings, metal railings, unit entry doors, trim, and other surfaces as indicated. Modify stair nosings to meet accessibility requirements and install new resilient tread coverings. Replace damaged stair treads and subflooring by unit price.
