Project is a first time 1,736 SF tenant office buildout in an existing 32,578 SF warehouse located in the CCP-34 shell building. Work includes: demo of existing items including concrete, storefront and overhead door, concrete cutting and patching, new concrete including sidewalks, stairs and new dock pits, masonry block infills, structural steel, bollards and railings, cabinetry and countertops, roofing, stucco at infills, doors, frames and hardware, storefront – new and relocated, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring LVT, base and moisture testing, painting – interior and exterior at infills, restroom accessories, blinds, FRP, awnings, dock equipment – pit levelers and edge of dock levelers, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electric, alarm and methane system work.
