MEP - Dishroom Renovation

Wisconsin Department of Administration

Work consists of: renovating the existing food service dishroom, expanding food service seating area, relocating a coffee venue, and relocating a building entry vestibule. Dishroom upgrades include the installation of a high-capacity soiled dish accumulator, flight-type dish machine, and dedicated pot-and-pan washing station. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection work supports the dishroom upgrades, expanded seating, and relocated coffee venue and entry vestibule.

Wisconsin Department of Administration

Work consists of: removing two AHUs and associated exhaust fans serving the vivarium and cage wash area. Both units will be replaced with one unit that will have energy recovery coils, steam pre-heat coil with face and bypass dampers, chilled water cooling coil, and a HEPA final filter bank. Work to include ceiling removal and replacement, construction of an area well to the basement. Existing area well will be removed and larger area well with door and stairs down to the mechanical room will be installed.
