Mechanical Contractors Administration AHU Upgrades (ITB)

Project will remove the supply fan in the existing administration building air handler and replaced with a fan array. New vfds and control panels are to be provided by contractor. Existing air handler will be modified with lights and access doors along with full test and balance. Base bid.
