McKenzie County 2025 Landfill Construction

Construction of a new inert waste landfill cell, Inert Phase 3, final closure of MSW Phases 3-5, partial closure of MSW Phase 6, closure of Inert Phases 1-2, and improvements to the Public Drop Off Area. Construction consists of excavation and base grading, final cover grading, erosion control, stormwater and surface water control, construction of a cast-in-place concrete retaining wall, asphalt pavement, chain link fencing installation, miscellaneous work, and finish site work.
