MCB Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River Military Installation Readiness Review Project (Request for Qualification)

To provide proposals for construction services for workforce housing project. There is a 40,000 SF single-story permanently closed elementary school on the site. The project scope excludes the demolition of the existing school and 3 portable classrooms (which will be completed by others prior to the commencement of construction). Hazardous materials at the site have previously been abated. The site is bordered by a residential neighborhood to the north and east and abuts the frontierland park to the south and west.
