Matt Kelly Elementary School Replacement (Request for Qualification)

In general this project consists of building wrecking of existing elementary school building, and site improvements, construction of new 2-story cmu building with full service commercial kitchen, high-volume assembly space, prek-5 classrooms, administrative and community wing, library and computer lab, totaling approx. 79,350-sf. Site improvements include earthwork, retaining walls including steps- and ramps-on-grade, raised garden boxes, paving & striping, utilities, landscaping, artificial turf, playground, fencing / gates. Off-site improvements include tack-on traffic median / islands, signage & striping, asphalt & concrete paving demo and replacement, raised crosswalks, & (4) traffic flashers.
