CBP intends to retire the P-3 fleet over the next decade and requires a strategy that will ensure effective sustainment of the remaining fleets throughout this transition period. This market research effort is intended to: Assess the feasibility of combining multiple aircraft platforms under one acquisition strategy. Identify potential efficiencies, cost savings, and process improvements achievable through consolidation. Evaluate industry capability to manage and execute sustainment activities across multiple aircraft platforms. Identify potential risks, including technical, schedule, and supply chain considerations, and recommended mitigation strategies.
