Provide strategic deterrent (gbsd) utilities infrastructure system. The work also includes fiber services to the Base utility facilities impacted by the work under this contract, including Information Transfer Node (ITNs), Electrical Substation, and water pump stations. The time associated with Base Communications squadron (Base Comm) installation of Government Furnished and Government Installed (GFGI) equipment in the ITNs will also impact the ability to provide service to the buildings.
