Maggs Natatorium Restroom Refinish

The work consists of renovation of men's and women's natatorium restrooms, shower and locker rooms. Further ioncludes plumbing, electrical, mechanical and architectural demolition; installation of new plumbing fixtures, new lighting fixtures, new exhaust fans, new ceiling air devices and access doors. New architectural finishes such as painting, tile coating and acoustical panel ceilings shall be installed. Other work includes installation of new partitions, washroom accessories and lavatory solid surface casework.
