LPS Summer 2026 Roof Replacement (RFP)

Removal of the existing roof system(s) as designated on the plans for each school. Removal of the existing perimeter metal edge fascia or other flashings / caps as required for the work. Install new EPDM membrane roof and insulation (flat and tapered). Install new perimeter metal edge fascia or other flashings / caps as designated on the plans. Raise existing rooftop mechanical and electrical equipment as necessary to satisfy all manufacturer warranty requirements.

Replacement of the existing roof system on the WSU Sullivan Academic Center building and canopy with a new PVC roof system with associated work.
