The INDY variant combat system consists of Integrated Combat Management System (ICMS), its interfaces, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems and Intelligence (C5I) elements, software applications, and the networking environment. The interested sources must provide overall in-service engineering and life cycle support for C5I systems critical engineering; design; integration; test and evaluation; software development, testing, and load; system upgrade/replacement planning onboard and at sites; logistics product development and distribution; configuration management of the systems and logistics products; as well as training systems.

Effort 1: General Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish all material, facilities, personnel, quality control, and management control required to perform the effort covered by this contract. B. The Contractor shall use ShipConstructor shipbuilding CAD/CAM software for LCS 3D design, manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and refit modeling. The version used shall be compatible with all versions since ShipConstructor 2008. If generated or received ship drawings are not compatible with ShipConstructor 2008, the Contractor shall update them as required.C. In all instances involving mass transfer of technical data and drawings from the Contractor to another activity, the Contractor shall evaluate current media and processes and recommend methods for transferring the data digitally. Transfer of these documents shall not be by paper or other hard copy. Technical data and drawings should be marked to the appropriate classification and should not be marked proprietary by the Contractor. Changes accepted by the Program Office will be reflected in modified contract data requirements.
