Lift Station Maintenance project generally consists of the rehabilitation of a 40 year old wet well/dry well wastewater lift station with a capacity of 450 gpm. The project includes replacement of the electrical and controls, coordination of new electrical supply power lines, services drops, meters and all other conduit and wiring necessary to operate and maintain the lift station. The project will also include a new generator, new perimeter security fence, and replacement of the existing wet well/ dry well access hatches and safety equipment. The lift wet well will require temporary by-pass pumping for cleaning and relining of the wet well concrete walls and all interior dry well coating.
