Work consist of construction of two park sites approx. 1.3 miles apart, playground, pickleball court, basketball court, pavilion, walking trail, and landscaping, 1.6-acre site featuring a restroom, pavilion, and landscaping, Construct new asphalt trails, concrete sidewalks, fencing, and ADA ramps, Construct concrete and asphalt sports courts, Install irrigation system, Install trees, shrubs, plants, sod, mulch, etc.
