Legal Representation (RFP)

Maryland Department of Human Services

Seeking to contract with attorneys for the purpose of providing legal representation to children involved in child in need of assistance, termination of parental rights (CINA/TPR) and other related proceedings; and indigent adults involved in adult protective services and adult public guardianship review board (APS/APGRB) proceedings throughout the state. Three year base period with two (2), one year options. See attached file.

City of Detroit

Law Department, Office of Eviction Defense (OED) requests proposals from interested and qualified organizations and law firms, to render certain legal services and representation for eligible Detroit residents in housing related matters.

Ohio Department of Children and Youth

Work include to identify, develop, implement, and expand innovative strategies to enhance access to and improve the quality of legal representation for parents, children, and kinship caregivers involved in, or at risk of involvement with, ohio's child welfare system.
