Lease-Leaseback Preconstruction and Construction Services for the SNS Food Hub + Shops Project

Demolition of the existing structure followed by the construction of a new 150,000 SF industrial warehouse to accommodate a central student nutrition services food hub comprising dry, refrigerated, and freezer storage, central warehousing, minor food production, and supporting administrative offices, in addition to new maintenance facilities.
