Learning Management System (Request for Proposal)

Provide a learning management system (LMS) for an employee base of approx 1,200 personnel. The LMS must allow for full enrollment, tracking, reporting, feedback surveys and delivery of an extensive training program which includes both classroom and online (e-learning) training. It is preferred that any proposed lms system provides a user-friendly interface that can be supported by a variety of browser and devices.
