Township of Tabernacle

Conflict Land Development Board Attorney: At least five (5) years experience as a land development board attorney and ten (10) years experience in the legal aspects of municipal land development boards. Extensive work and knowledge of MLUL, experience in devising Master Plans, and COAH experience.

Township of Westampton

Land development board attorney. The land development board attorney shall represent the land development board in all legal matters and shall advise and assist the land development board. He/she shall attend meetings of the land development board, draft ordinances and resolutions and give opinions and rulings on questions of law that may arise at land development board meetings. He/she shall prepare or approve all legal instruments relating to the business of the land development board.

Township of Tabernacle

Land development board planner: All applicable licenses to perform engineering in NJ. At least five (5) years experience as an appointed Planner to a Land Development Board, ten (10) years experience in providing planning services related to the MLUL, experience in devising & updating Master Plans, and extensive knowledge of the Pinelands Commission's rules and regulations and experience in water & sewer issues.
