Lakeview Elementary Bathroom Remodel (RFP)

Interior remodeling to create two restrooms within existing classroom spaces and storage closets. Work includes demolition: remove all existing plumbing fixtures within the work area, remove all existing doors, casings and trim on all walls, remove walls a and b and all ceilings within the bathroom area, remove all wall finish and paneling within the bathroom area from walls c,d,e, and f, remove all disused electrical wiring, remove all disused plumbing lines and properly cap terminations, remove all flooring in the work area, remove slab sufficient to locate drain lines and allow routing to new locations; general construction: construct wall framing to infill openings in existing walls c and d as required, provide proper rough openings in locations indicated, provide sufficient blocking to support plumbing fixtures and handicap grab bars, and ensure sufficient depth for plumbing vent pipe.
