Drilling and the complete construction of six (6) permanent 2”-dia. Observation Wells; and four (4) permanent 16”-dia. Production Wells, each of approximately 100-ft in depth, including casings, screens, gravel pack, submersible turbine well pumps, pump wire, drop pipe, pitless units, miscellaneous appurtenant work, and connection stubs for future site electrical service and raw-water pipeline connections.
