Furnish and install exterior security camera systems for two of our buildings. The purpose of this RFP is to enhance perimeter security, deter unauthorized access, and enable high-quality video monitoring and recording for safety and liability purposes. 2. Project Overview The selected vendor will be responsible for: Conducting a site assessment of both buildings. Current system has 22 cameras for one building, and 12 for the other. Each building has a dedicated DVR.Recommending appropriate camera models, quantities, and placement (hard-wired or wifi based on recommendation). Providing and installing all necessary hardware and software.Ensuring system integration with existing or new Network Video Recorder (NVR) or cloud infrastructure.Training staff on system usage and maintenance.Offering warranty and possibly ongoing technical support. 3. Scope of Work 3.1 Site Assessment On-site inspection of exterior perimeters.Identification of high-risk areas (entry/exit points, parking lots, blind spots, etc.). 3.2 Camera Specifications Weatherproof (IP66 or higher) and vandal-resistant housing.High-definition resolution (1080p minimum). Infrared night vision (at least 100ft range).Wide dynamic range (WDR) for varied lighting conditions. Motion detection and smart alerts (preferred). Power over Ethernet (PoE) or wireless options with backup power (wired preferred). 3.3 Installation Mounting of cameras at recommended locations.Running cables, power, and networking connections as needed.Ensuring proper system configuration for monitoring and recording. 3.4 Recording and Monitoring Minimum 30-day video storage capacity.Motion activation settings for certain or all cameras.Remote access capabilities (mobile, desktop).User-friendly interface for live view, playback, and export of footage. 3.5 Training and Documentation Basic training for designated personnel.Documentation including camera map, user guides, warranty information, and support contacts. 3.6 Warranty and Support Required warranty on hardware and installation.Maintenance agreement for system health checks and software updates priced separately.

The goal of the ces is to assist the homeless service system of care to resolve individuals housing crisis quickly. The ces operator prioritizes individuals for housing opportunities using the sonoma county homeless coalition s assessment tool and prioritization process. The ces operator uses this prioritization to make referrals to community providers who operate rapid rehousing (rrh), permanent supportive housing (psh) and other permanent housing (oph) programs. The ces operator will build trust and communication among local homeless service providers so that referrals are made appropriately and promptly with a high level of confidence.
