Justice Fair Production and Event Logistics Consultant (RFP)

1. Developing and managing an overall event plan, timeline, and production schedule. 2. Coordinating with mocs staff, the marketing and communications consultant, and community partners to execute full event design 3. Securing and managing venue logistics, permitting, and layout design 4. Securing speakers and entertainment for the program utilizing the approved contract budget and oversee on-site rehearsals and technical checks prior to the event. 5. Overseeing staging, decor, entertainment, and sound and lighting design aligned with the holiday theme. 6. Managing vendors, contractors, and on-site event staff 7. Coordinating accessibility, safety, and family friendly activities 8. Tracking expenditures and operating within the approved budget 9. Providing post event reporting, including attendance estimates and summary of outcomes.
