Jimmie R. Yee Park Improvements Project - IFB

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, tree removal, clearing and grubbing, temporary security fencing, rough and finished grading, concrete paving and curbing, landscaping, installation of a 2 shade structures in the playground and adult exercise area (exercise equipment & shade structures, permitting, and specials inspections and testing of the shade structure to be procured by the district), and other site work. Additive alternate improvements include installation of a shade structure over the exercise area (district procured), installation of synthetic turf surfacing in lieu of engineered wood fiber in the exercise area, installation of a 3rd shade structure in the playground (district procured), and installation of engineered wood fiber surfacing in the play area; and other site work.
