Coffee Road Roadway, Drainage, and Utility Improvements Project. Work includes demolition, site grading, installation of storm drainage and water/wastewater utilities, roadway reconstruction, paving, striping, and associated traffic control includes 1,763 LF 24" class III RCP, 2 EA 4 foot diameter precast concrete manhole, 20 LF 6" DR-25 PVC fire line (incl. all reqd. fittings, restraints, and adapters), 3,150 LF 12" DR-25 PVC waterline (incl. all reqd. fittings, restraints, and adapters), 1,045 LF 12' SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer line 0-8 foot depht, 20 LF 20" open cut steel casing.

Work consists of roadway improvements. The work consists of reconstruction of the existing road to a 4-lane roadway with continuous center turning lane, bike lanes, sidewalks, curb & gutters, storm drainage system, pavement markings and signage, upgraded traffic signalization, and roadway lighting.
