Jack House Roof, Widows Walk Repair, and Arbor Replacement

Rehabilitation of the wood railing at the widow's walk and at the entry porch roof, replacement of the cedar shingle roofing, cleaning & repair, as needed, of sheet metal roofing tiles above porch. Also included are replacement of roofing at each of the projecting bays and at the rear porch. As needed, materials will be replaced in-kind per secretary of the interior's standards for rehabilitation. Site work will be the reconstruction of the arbor adjacent to the carriage house.
