Software upgrades and updates, hardware updates to fix ScriptPro defined functionality problems, routine inspections and maintenance, drug database updates, virus protection updates, operating system patches, ongoing interface maintenance, telephone technical support offered twentyfour (24) hours a day seven (7) days a week for software, hardware, and all user questions, service technician will be dispatched if needed at no cost to customer.

Provide all necessary tools, labor, materials, equipment, permits, license, supervision, and quality control for the ehrm infrastructure upgrades construction project. Work includes, but not limited to: upgrade the facility infrastructure to support the new electronic health record modernization (ehrm) system in accordance with va oehrm site infrastructure requirements (provided by vha).

Provide viewpoint wireless temperature monitoring system and service agreement.
