Provide essential support services, a collection of non-clinical services designed to support recruitment, screening, linkage to medical care, and other support services for people with HIV and individuals vulnerable to HIV, with prioritized focus on those populations most impacted by HIV. The initial contract period beginning March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2028, with up to two extensions, each not to exceed one year. See attached file.

To obtain pricing and a contract for Outreach & Program Support Improvement (PSI) Services across all DHS Divisions. The primary objective of this RFP is twofold: 1. Quality Improvement - The development and management of quality improvement activities to improve outcomes and promote best practices for DHS and its respective divisions and programs. 1. DHS Provider Outreach and Education - Overall support and education of providers of DHS programs and services through active training, communication, and feedback.
