Repair/replacement of irrigation systems. Selective demolition, excavation/trenching, installation of new underground plumbing and irrigation, new control wiring and controls, replanting and regrassing the landscape, concrete and asphalt surface demolition and replacement, and other civil, landscape, plumbing, and electrical work items. Work also includes soil management and removal, hazardous material management and disposal, and landscape maintenance.

Services under this contract include but are not limited to repair and on-call maintenance services for existing irrigation systems.

Work includes inspection, maintenance & repairs to fire detection systems.
