Work includes selective demolition, renovation and alteration/new construction to the existing 2 story, structural steel and metal framed building with masonry veneer, partial roof structure replacement, new section of light gauge roof structure, replacement of existing flat roof assembly, site demolition and grading for new site amenities, landscape.
