Investment Advisory and Consulting Services (RFP)

Provide investment advisory and consulting services for the three plans within the State’s Deferred Compensation Program authorized under Chapter 60A of Title 29 of the state Code, the State’s education savings plan authorized by Subchapter XII, Chapter 34 of Title 14 of the state Code (the “Education Savings Plan”), the State’s Achieving a Better Life Experience Program authorized under Chapter 96A of Title 16 (the “ABLE Plan”), and the State-facilitated retirement savings program known as the Delaware Expanding Access for Retirement and Necessary Saving (“EARNS”) Program authorized under Chapter 38 of Title 19 of the state Code. The forgoing savings plans and programs are collectively referred to herein as the “Plans.
