Internal Package Delivery Tracking Hardware and Software Sys

The Contractor shall provide a system to support the Washington DC Medical Center's USPS and private carrier shipments to include letter mail for USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Accountable inbound mail and deliveries include USPS Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, Certified, Registered, and Express Mail, DHL, FedEx, and UPS letters and packages, along with various other couriers and small parcel deliveries made to the DTRA Central Processing Facility. The Contractor shall provide and install new, non-refurbished, and non-remanufactured equipment to process and track incoming accountable mail and private carrier shipments with the following features: (10) Handheld wireless scanning equipment that scans, identifies, and stores the barcode scan and carrier of each delivery with mobile cases to be worn by delivery personnel.
