Provide vital events integrated system (veis) that includes a vital events electronic registration management system, remote order and payment processing system and secure digital mailroom. A vital events electronic registration management system will manage the electronic recording of births, deaths, pregnancy loss, marriages, and divorces and dissolutions of marriage. This system must also support record modifications, including, but not limited to, amendments, corrections, and statewide adoptions, and integrate with doh remote order issuance, processing, and imaging systems and the secure digital mailroom.

Governmental Affairs Consultant for the 2026 calendar year. Includes 1) Keep the PEJIF apprised of all significant New Jersey legal, regulatory and public affairs developments that potentially affect the operations and financial condition of the Fund. 2) Provide advice and counsel on strategy for responding to changes in the New Jersey legal and regulatory environment. 3) Work within the governmental lobbying system to effectively represent and communicate the PEJIF's interests to legislative and regulatory decision-makers. 4) Where requested, assist in the PEJIF's marketing efforts to prospective municipalities.

Governmental Affairs Advisor: 1) Keep the Fund apprised of all significant New Jersey legal, regulatory and public affairs developments that potentially affect the operations and financial condition of the Fund. 2) Provide advice and counsel on strategy for responding to changes in the New Jersey legal and regulatory environment. 3) Work within the governmental lobbying system to effectively represent and communicate the Fund's interests to legislative and regulatory decision-makers. 4) Where requested, assist in the Fund's marketing efforts to prospective municipalities. 5) Attend no less than two Fund Meetings per year to update the Fund Commissioners on legislative activities, pending legislation, and other pertinent matters. 6) Provide quarterly written reports to the Fund Commissioners with updates on legislative activities, pending legislation, and other pertinent matters.
